vps performance issues with 1090t?

Been using dolphin for a while and I was wondering whether I should be expecting performance issues with the amd 1090t? its oced to 3.6ghz and ram is at 4GB

the vps for xenoblade specifically is at 88-90% and i would have thought that a high end cpu would be able to run fine.

even the wii system menu wont get the full 60vps

Some games are just too heavy to be emulated at constant 100% speed with any modern CPU. Also it depends on your system load. Some software in background, especially antivirus software can cause huge performance drop.
And 90% speed is fine for any game.

Amd's thuban core does not have the IPC to do it, to get full speed in everything you would have to oc to 10 GHz or get a 4.4 GHz i5 2500k
