Then why not just download them? The WebM streams in particular are valid matroska files so you can play the streams in any MKV-supporting media player, even while the streams are still downloading or are incomplete. You can even combine the WebM audio and video streams via MKVtoolnix.
(the audio and video streams for h.264/AVC and AAC are not valid MP4 files however and are much less compatible)
