In the dolphin.INI I change the 'volume' value to something lower than 100 but it does not have any effect in lowering the volume. I like to listen to podcasts while I play, but still also want to hear the game a little bit. Am I doing something wrong?

I see. Is there any other conceivable way to adjust the game volume independent of the rest of the system?
