hmm, did you mean XP x64 ?
cause i happen to have a multi boot XP 32bits / Win7 x64 (formerly Vista x64)
and i can tell you Vista x64 was the fastest of the two, and so is Win7 x64.

Please give me a recomendation. I will format my pc soon, my pc is 1G ram ddr2 533, Dual core 1.8ghz, E-Geforce 6200 LE 250 AGP. My windows is XP X86. At the beginning, my windows was Vista ultimate x86. Vista really sucks.
It's recommendable to install windows 7 for me?

Thank you for all

I'm not sure if Windows 7 beats XP but it sure is a lot better than Vista. Your CPU seems kinda weak for Dolphin though.
Specs: intel i5 3570k @ 3.4GHz;
16Gb RAM; Raedon HD 7900;
Win8 64-Bit

Honestly I'd just go with XP. There's not really a reason to upgrade until Win7 actually releases.

Dude if you have vista don't say it's the best because you have it.But steel they are wrong yes XP is faster and takes less gigabytes from you hard drive but vista is better quality (pictures look a lot better) and vista is for better computers I have a really good computer and my vista is faster than xp (well I do have 100000 gigabytes or you can say 1terabyte ) but non of the less vista is better it looks better it has a sidebar that really helps and if you compare vista and xp on some sites it will say 100% vista 0% XP Big Grin.And the system 32 has a really good protection even without a antivirals program.So you sod by a vista I guaranty that you'll love it.
