Hi,



I'm using an Xbox 360 controller through Xinput, and have also configured it to function as a virtual Wiimote. I've tried to play a couple of games, and (possibly since they both require a Wiimote to start the game) I'm stuck on the start screen and unable to go any further into the game (see attached screenshot     ).

Here is a snapshot     of my virtual Wiimote configuration settings.


I also get these messages every time I press "A" at the error screen:

"Wiimote 1 Connected"

Immediately followed by

"Wiimote 1 disconnected by emulated software"


These errors repeat as often as I press any buttons on my 360 controller.

Have you tried the latest development version of dolphin?

You need to download the Visual C++ redistributable, as linked to on the top of the Dolphin download page.

Thanks, now I can run the latest development build, but......the audio on this build is incredibly glitchy and distorted. This build does allow me to Wiimote access Wii games though. So I went back to the latest stable release (5.0) that I had been using previously, and audio is MUCH better. What's surprising is that the earlier Wiimote/ nunchuck error now seems to have fixed itself as well!
