Virtual Wii never has any Space

Out of the blue, it constantly states that I no longer have any system memory in the virtual wii. No matter how much I delete or move over to the Virtual SD card, it still says I have no memory left. I know it wasn't the hombrew since when I homebrewed this it still worked. Any idea on what caused this and how to fix it?

How many Virtual Console/Wii Ware titles do you have installed? The Wii could only fit a few at once. And if you're running them from Dolphin's Gamelist, you can keep installing far beyond that System Menu's limits.
