Virtual Classic Controller help

After successfully playing Naruto Clash of Ninja 2 for a few days on my phone, I wanted to try Revolution for the Wii. I got it to load up to the point where it asks to connect a nunchuck or classic controller. I tried selecting the cc as the extension in the controller settings, but it didn't change anything. Am I missing something?

Did you restart emulation after changing the extension controller?

I closed the game before changing the controller.

If your talking about the touchscreen controls then you also have to change it in emulation. Three dot menu -> Configure Controls -> Choose controller
