Viewtiful Joe 2 "Head in Crotch" Issue

hello, i've got this problem with viewtiful joe 2. the heads of the characters are placed on their crotches! i've tried using direct3D9 and openGL but the same issue persists. the fps is more than 50, the game was easy to load... the problem i have is this "head in crotch" graphical issue. anyone experienced this? help please =[

killersnake432 and godrays, i was planning on posting a screenshot but then a new problem came up, my controller won't even respond and can't play the game past the intro screen *sigh*

r4771 still had the problem.. but 5148 finally worked =]

....5038 also didn't have this problem, but then animal crossing city folk would only run below 30 fps, but runs 50+ on 5148, so i guess 5148 is the "sweet spot" (for now)
