When playing games, videos appear very as nice as seen in other gameplay of the same game. Any help is appreciated!

Yes, pre-rendered videos are low quality (usually 480p or similar). There's nothing that can be done about it.

For a limited set of videos the "Force Texture Filtering" option may slightly improve playback by scaling the video with a filter so they'll have a less pixelated look. However, using any filtering options (Force Texture / Anisotropic) causes many videos to not decode correctly (i.e. those using the VP6 codec, amongst others) resulting in scrambled or otherwise corrupted video.
