When I'm launching some game in dolphin-emu in windowed mode (in separate or main window) and then enabling fullscreen mode or resize window, video outpoot doesn't resize, it stays same size as it was when launched, other space is filled with white colour.

I'm using 3.5-1408 on Linux with nVidia 319.23 driver.
CPU: Intel Core i5-3570k
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX660 (proprietary nvidia driver v.358.16)
RAM: 2 x 4G DDR3 1333 MHz
OS: openSUSE Tumbleweed x86_64 (linux 4.3)
I'm using latest version of Dolphin-emu from git master branch.

When checked 'use fullscreen mode' video resizes to whole screen. But after pressing Alt-Enter video doesn't resized to window size.
Also, when relaunching game (stop and start) dolphin hangs and shows just white screen.

This appears on default settings (i renamed config folder).

Same as http://code.google.com/p/dolphin-emu/issues/detail?id=6336 ?

Does setting fullscreen resolution to something other than auto fix it?

I think its same bug. Setting fullscreen resolution to something other than auto doesn't help.

It doesn't? Can you check which version exactly caused the problem? Maybe it's a different problem..

Git bisect is the easiest way to do it.
