Video Chopped off in 1080p Fullscreen

My video is chopped off when I try to run games in 1080p. I have all video settings default except fullscreen resolution set to 1920x1080. It does this in both the OpenGL and DirectX Plugins. I updated my graphics card drivers, installed DirectX 9 April 2009 (or whatever it was.) Running Windows 7 with a GeForce 8800 GT Graphics card. See picture of TV:



What am I doing wrong? How can it be fixed?

Which Dolphin version? (don't say latest)

Try a recent svn build from http://www.dolphin-emu.org/download.html
