Best bang for the buck <$100 card should be the 4770. Though I see newegg's prices have gone up on that. 4770 will overclock past a 4850 easily. Dont think about the 9600 when you can get a 4850 for the same price. GTS 250 is good value for money, i reckon the extra 1gb wont make a huge difference in r/l performance.

Must say, ATI played it wrong in my opinion, the placed 4770 in the market killing their 4850's, in order to fix that, ATI cut the 4850's prices, nobody bought them.
All the 4770 got sold out, and now everyone's getting the greatly underpriced 4850. That guys, is what happens when you are trying to compete against yourself.
