My Specs:

Windows 7 x64
Intel Core2 6400 2.13GHz @ 2,1 GHz - MMX SSE SSE2 SSE3
2GB System RAM
NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GT

Resident Evil zero: averaging 16~24 fps using DX9 settings
Resident Evil remake: averaging 17~25 fps using DX9 settings
Resident Evil 4: averaging 14~21 fps using DX9 settings

I Would like to buy a new video card: EVGA GeForce GT 440 1024MB
http://www.evga.com/products/moreInfo.as...0Family&sw=

My question is: there will be some improvement in speed, with this graphics card?

Thanks!

Try this and see if you're using the right graphic settings (internal resolution). http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/showthread.php?tid=20712

Either way, you need a new PC.
Asus Laptop: K53TA
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium, 64-Bit - SP1
CPU: AMD Llano A6-3400M, Quad-Core, 1.4GHz-2.6GHz (Overclocked)
GPU: AMD Radeon HD6650M, 1GB GDDR3 (Catalyst 13.1)
RAM: Samsung 4GB DDR3-1333

I got an E6420, those are nicely overclockable. I got mine to 2.8 GHz without problems. You might want to try your luck there, too.
