I am playing Zelda SS with dolphin 4.x, I desabled the vibration but the wiimote still vibrate, mostly in the menu

Does the vibration consumes a lot of batteries energy?

Vibration requires more electricity than most of the other things the remote does [citation needed], but it doesn't really make enough of a difference since it's only using that electricity once in a while or for short periods of time. Your remotes might last a half hour longer [citation needed], but the real concern is whether the vibration is useful or annoying in whatever game you're playing, not battery life.

As for being unable to disable it, that might just be a problem with which Bluetooth stack you're using. Try the Toshiba stack if you're not already using it. https://dolphin-emu.org/docs/guides/wii-...ion-guide/
