Very bad shaking when playing The Last Story

Ok my specs are i5 3570k at 3.8ghz since I can not get it to go any higher in UEFI
Nvidia GTX 660 ti
8gb of RAM
Windows 7 64bit

The shaking starts about 30 secs in

FPS stays at 30

Renderer is OpenGL Dolphin version is 4.0-7429

What graphics driver are you on?
Do you have Windows Power Options and Nvidia Control panel set to high performance?

Fixed the problem thanks to JMC47 issue was XFB was enabled which is currently broken for Progressive games in Dolphin right now. He could explain it far better then I can. AKA disabling XFB fixed the problem
