version 4+ not working properly

hi guys 1st time poster here! ive been using dolphin 3.5 for quite awhile with no problems, played xenoblade chronicles for over 40hours in 3.5, and wanted to tried the latest version which is 4.0.2. ive configured everything but my inputs are not recognized in the game, even when reverting to default controls with the keyboard, the game does'nt recognize my inputs (like when pressing Q & E to start the game). so i tried the 4.0 stable version which surprisingly cured my input problems. but when trying to load my save game i get this error (pls check photo untitled3) and im using a discrete video card not a Intel GMA one. so to try other things i selected new game instead of loading a save file but this what happens (pls check photo untitled). im really stumped 3.5 seems to work flawlessly but i can't run xenoblade on 4+, can someone help?

This particular issue has been fixed in latest development version.
Try updating to the latest dev version and you won't encounter this issue.

p.s. i only have one problem now, the game starts and loads and everything but it seems that my right stick does not respond accordingly on the game, in the wiimote config i have my 360 controller as a classic controller extension and it reads and configures perfectly but in game the right stick does not respond, i tried this also with my usb controller to no avail, same problem the right stick is not working

sorry bout that, just got excited. anyway i tried with background input on but the right stick still does not work, i tried my other controllers 360, and generic usb controller the problem still persist, which is wierd because on the configure the right stick of my controller responds, and it works on version 3.5

Upload a screenshot to Imgur or some other site and link here that shows how you have the controllers set up

Try giving each side a dead zone of around 15

nope still does'nt work, i think ill just stick with 3.5 hopefully future version will fix my problem
