Dolphin no longer supports 32-bit Windows builds. You can read about it here -> https://dolphin-emu.org/blog/2014/05/19/obituary-32bit/ It's gone and very unlikely to come back. The last Windows 32-bit build is 4.0-1409 but that's as new as you'll get from official builds.

For your PC, you'll need to be running a 64-bit OS if you want to use the latest development revisions of Dolphin. Technically, 32-bit support in Dolphin only extends to ARM devices as far as I know. There may be around it, (e.g. compile the source yourself on a 32-bit OS, then only use Dolphin's Interpreter), but you wouldn't be able to enjoy Dolphin due to how slow the Interpreter is.

32-bit ain't the future and it needs to die sooner then later.
I've been using 64-bit OSes since 2009 and have never looked back.

There is only a handful of applications that is 32-bit that I still use today.

If you have 32-bit Windows Vista, Seven or 8/8.1 I think your key will work for a 64-bit OS. If you have the hardware to run most games with Dolphin acceptably you should not be using 32-bit or using an outdated OS. You are actually crippling your hardware providing it's somewhat modern by using a 32-bit or outdated OS. Anything newer than 2009 hardware should be 64-bits Windows 7 or 8.1. Anything older and it's likely you won't be able to run Dolphin or it won't be an enjoyable experience even if you can obtain a 32-bit build.

If you can install a 64-bit OS then back up your files and wipe that ancient 32-bit install, replacing it with 64-bit Windows 7 or 8.1. Then download the latest dev builds.

64-bit OS and latest dev builds are the only sane and logical choice to do!
