@410172 - Simply because some (or a lot of) people use a file format for piracy does not mean everyone that uses that file format is a pirate, is involved with piracy, or even supports piracy (though it seems easier for some forums to jump directly to those conclusion). There are plenty of legitimate uses for the WAD file format, not the least of which is being able to play WiiWare on Dolphin (in fact, that's the pretty much the best usage case 
).
Our rules are clear though; users can't talk about downloading games. Dumping/ripping WADs from your own Wii is A-OK. You can legally do this with cIOS or any other homebrew method of your choice. We don't care about other forums, since we're not other forums.
