VC wads without a NAND dump?

After some searching I have found some links for you. These are homebrew programs.

Be careful though; I've read in the readme of the first link that it requires an installation of cIOS, perhaps the second might need it too. cIOS is dangerous to install and might permanently brick your Wii. You're not allowed to discuss cIOS installation anywhere on the WiiBrew forums, or on these; it is seen as piracy. .wad actually is a pirated file format, and cIOS is also used for the installation of USB Loaders; which are Wii piracy in the worst form.
So you got to figure out yourself how to install cIOS, let's be clear on that. You have been warned.
