I AM ON A MAC WITH OSX 10.8.6 Alright, i've been having several issues: 1) on all dolphin versions (no i haven't checked every revision) from 3.0 (presumably those before as well) up to 3.5-125, Timesplitters: Future Perfect is (A) laggy (B) prone to crashing and © bugged with lighting. The first two may be fixed eventually, but the lighting issue is very specific. Here's what happens: the environments load correctly with the right settings, but the characters within the game are improperly lit. Various patches of shading and lighting make their faces look like works from Picasso's galleries; they're totally screwed up. I know the issue is lighting because when i disable lighting, the patches go away, but everything is (of course) super bright and indifferent to shadows. Also, when I enable per-pixel lighting, the patches seem to move around a little (some sort of response). I just wanted to bring these issues to light (not intended), as i believe they're not specific to me and may emerge with other Mac users.

The final problem: the latest revisions of dolphin seem to be crashing roms as soon as they start; last time i checked version 3.5-125 was doing this. The standard 3.5 does not, so i'd look for anything that could crash the rom between those two points of revision. I'm sure the programmers will fix this, but first they have to know about it.

I figured. To be honest I wasn't expecting there to be a solution yet; I just wanted to make sure that people knew. They're talking about some impending new graphics plugin that might make things better. I don't know, but we can all hope.
