Valhalla Knights DX 9 Problem

Here is the problem I am having trying to run Valhalla Knights. The game is running very smooth but cannot get the textures to "stretch" I guess over the whole screen, I have tried everything I could think of to fix it. Maybe someone has ran into this or can point me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated!
