Question
Hello all!

I am having an issue running animal crossing (only game I tested) when v-sync is on. The problem is, when I have my operating system (Manjaro KDE 18.1.0) resolution set to my Vizio tv's native resolution of 4k@30Hz, running dolphin with v-sync on makes animal crossing run at half the speed.

Before linux, I was running windows 10 and the behavior was different. I ran windows 10 at the native 4k@30hz resolution and when running animal crossing using vulkan at 4x native, with v-sync on, it was running at the correct speed.

I am able to bypass this by setting my operating system resolution to 1080p thus jumping back to 60hz, but then my desktop is a mess.

running windows 10 at 4k@30hz. running dolphin vulkan at x4 native with v-sync on= game runs at correct speed
running manjaro 18.1.0 at 4k@30hz. running dolphin vulkan at x4 native with v-sync on= game runs at half speed
running manjaro 18.1.0 at 1080p@60hz. running dolphin vulkan at 4x native with v-sync on= game runs at correct speed

Is this a problem with linux or with dolphin?

running dolphin 5.0-10938
pc specs: i7 4790k, nvidia 980ti classified, 20gb ram, vizio e50x-e1
