Hello,

I bought a new laptop and I saw I had windows hello as a function. I couldn't stop but wondering Windows hello has a infrared sensor. The wii uses infrared sensors. Might it be possible to activate the infrared on my laptop so I can use a wii mote with motion controls?

Greetings!!

No. You need IR LEDs positioned at some distance apart from each other in order for the Wii Remote to pick up on them, and Windows Hello doesn't have that.

Nor can you enable its IR emitter at your will (it's only active for some seconds while you're in the lock screen, basically)...
