I have two choices once pairing fails. I can either put in a 4-digit code, or press cancel. That's it. No other choices. You can no longer tell OSX, at least from the pairing window, that it should pair the device without a pairing code. As of now, I've not been able to find a pairing code that works, or any place in OSX Mavericks to tell the OS to not use a pairing code. The latest version of Dolphin just crashes repeatedly when I attempt to pair my Wii remotes via the 1-2 combo press. So the red button pairing method fails because I don't have a way to tell OSX that it doesn't need a pairing code, and the 1-2 method just crashes the emulator.
If you have any other suggestions, I'd love to hear them and would be more than happy to try them out!
