Hi, new user here.

Was wondering if it was possible to use a normal Wii remote + Nunchuck as a Wii Classic Controller for the Virtual Console titles. If this has already been explained before please send me a link otherwise could someone please explain me the process of setting it up. All help is appreciated.

Thank you in advance!

Dolphin can’t directly remap a physical wiimote to a classic controller as far as I know. It’s missing an extra analog stick and triggers
You might be able to use a third party app (motionjoy or something) that can make it act like a Xbox 360 controller, which Dolphin can then use as an emulated classic controller. You’d still be short an analog stick and trigger set though.

Or the more logical way is to get a classic controller, plug it into your wiimote which can be paired to Dolphin with no problems.
Or you could get a xbox360/Xbox one/Logitech f310/ps3/ps4/generic controller and map that to an emulated wiimote classic controller.
