I managed to backup the NAND Flash Memory from my vWii. I would love to backup all my virtual console titles into .rom format (especially some titles that never made it to the Nintendo eShop).

Is there a way where I can back my game library? I'm referring to the vWii NAND I backup from my Wii U.

Any ideas?

Do you want to extract ROM files that can be used in other emulators (NES emulators, SNES emulators and so on), or just turn the games into something Dolphin can run?

Why, Yes. I would like to extract some roms from my NAND Flash Memory. I also saw some user able to play virtual console game on the Dolphine menu instead of using the Wii Menu.

I won't be able to load up the vWii Menu, I tried that. It not practical to use.

So what you want is to be able to run Virtual Console games from Dolphin's game list? In that case, instead of extracting the games from your NAND dump, it would be easier to turn them into WAD files directly on your vWii: https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=Ripping_Games#Exporting_Wii_Channels
