So Nintendo is releasing a SSB bundle w/ a new Gamecube Controller and GamecubeC to USB Adapter.

I know it won't come with drivers for PC but might this still work with PC ?

Or will I still need to get an adapter off Amazon for the drivers?

How do you think anyone could know that before the bundle gets released?

If its usb, chances are it will work on a PC, it may be a hacked usb or require a dongle crack but I doubt N had the smarts to factor that a head of time. Its also possible the game will issue a pass key or something the usb will have to answer to. Though, delroth is right no way to know for sure.

It's also possible that like many other USB devices, it requires the firmware to be uploaded during initialization making it completely useless for any other purpose (unless the firmware can be decrypted/decoded and a legal replacement created). That's what they did with the wii speak...
