Using Multiple Controllers Possible?

Thanks for the response. I'm not really sure it's a driver issue since all of the controllers work on the Shield in general (even in the Dolphin app, just not when actually inside a game). I don't know how the controllers interface with the emulator though, so I wouldn't be surprised if there is some disconnect there, especially considering this is still an alpha version. Have you personally tried it with multiple Shield controllers? If that indeed works then I may have to invest in some more of those controllers.
