Hi,
I just got a GTX 960 for mi PC and having watched lots of those "4k Gamecube games with 16x and solid 60FPS with GTX 960" videos (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e4TscYxHg14) I though I could get all thwse GC games at least at 720p with solid 60FPS.
Well, I tried using all the graphical options available, checking and unchecking all the boxes and still can't get 60 frames in games like metroid prime, F Zero GX and Godzilla
A lot of those videos show them graphical options and they have a "Direct 3D"(without any number) while I don't have that option by itself, just Direct3D9, Direct3D11,OpenGL,etc (and of course, I tried all of them)

You can check my specs on my profile and maybe my CPU is not the best but is no even working at 40% :p
What's happening?
