Using GC controller on Wii games

Alright, so I'm trying to use my GC controller to play a Wii game, but when I go in the menu to configure an emulated Wii controller, my GC adapter doesn't show up on the list of devices, only my keyboard does.  I can use my Gamecube controller with any other GC game and it works normally, but for some reason it isn't detected in the list of devices.  Any ideas how to fix this?

Never mind, had to adjust my adapter from Wii U setting to PC, mods can close this thread now.
