I keep getting this error when attempting to start a game with the latest rev.(7121) with DSP LLE, although this doesn't occur with an older revision. My DSP is dumped and in my GC folder. AngryHuhAngry

Your dsp was incorrectly dumped, likely an overdump. What's the file size in bytes of the rom and coef?

Yes that is an overdump.

The dsp_rom.bin should be 8.00 KB (8,192 bytes) and the dsp_coef should be 4.00 KB (4,096 bytes).

You will need to re-dump your dsp properly.

Sorry for the noob question but say I wanted to play a Gamecube game, the Wii dsp dump will work?
