Used Wii's HDD in Dolphin / Caused Problems on Wii

yeah so i used my Primary 1tb external that i usually use on my wii in dolphin but now allot of my games Give me an error and will not boot in Wiiflow / and when i use usb loader gx a bunch are missing. i think it changed some configs or names but i dont know exactly what it changed so i cant fix it untill i kno. THXXXX ( Loved Dolphin btw Great Job) Confused
