You still need to install a "driver" in the form of a websocket on your computer so that your phone will be able to connect to the computer and start sending the inputs.
The only interesting thing is that it looks like a GC controller with its real colourscheme, so that is something.
Does it support the Analog trigger press as well as the Digital Click press of the Trigger buttons? (L and R)
Otherwise it is unusable by games like Super Mario Sunshine since you will be unable to move when pressing R to shoot water or the Need for Speed games that use it as analog acceleration.
Is this an iOS only version or does it also support Android and Windows Phone? Does it work when I don't Jailbreak my iPhone?
P.S. I am not trying to bash you as a developer, I'm merely giving criticism on the usability of the app and trying to help you make it better and have other users of the app understand what it exactly is
I am no developer myself though so this is the only thing I can do to help you (I used to be a (Senior) IT-Trainer for IBM, my specialities were Usability, Security, Customer Service and Lotus/IBM Notes, and that was next to being a MCDST, MCITP Windows 7 Enterprise, MCITP Windows Server 2008 R2 and MCSA Windows 10) Also I have no Apple devices available right now to do some (bug)testing.
Check my profile for up to date specs.
