Use mouse as wii pointer?

I just got a wii nand dump to work for the wii menu and I can see the homebrew channel in the corner where it should be. Now how can I move the wii pointer. I can see the pointer location in the settings but that doesnt do anything.

I did search on google before posting so if i missed something please send me there.
