I don't think so man, try xpadder, but it will not work 100% correctly sometimes.
New computer, I'm back!

@Draker
Both wiimote plugins will allow you to do this without xpadder. You must be configuring it wrong. Post a screenshot of your config window or something, idk.

Dammit darkshadw, stop telling people to use xpadder! It isn't needed! Tongue

Xpadder is useful though because it shows you if the ps3 analog sticks are stuck in a direction or if they keep moving while in idle state. But it's really not needed for mapping.

After you installed sixaxis drivers (in this example assuming windows not linux) go to windows game devices and calibrate your sixaxis/dualshock3 from there. Now go to dolphin and configure all buttons on gcpad to your liking. Map analog sticks to numbers just like other keys and set deadzone if you wish. I really don't use sixaxis for wii games but it's pretty good for gamecube games like sunshine.

This is my configuring. I play at Monster Hunter 3.
I wan't to use the left analog for move and the right analog for the visual.
Tell me what is wrong and how to configure the analog. (To use the PS3 pad I use Motioninjoy). thanks.

Set up your Left Analog stick to move the "Analog 1" box in the top left.
Choose "Analog 1" down by nunchuck, (right now you have analog 2 chosen).

"right analog for the visual."
If you mean you wan't to move the cursor with your right analog stick, that is something you can't do with the wiimote plugin.
The new wiimote plugin in the svn will allow you to do this.
Or you could use something like xpadder :p just for mapping one analog stick to the mouse.
