This is really sad.Sad
They stopped developing USB-Loader GX.
Because some stupid people started pointless Issues.
So the dev's don't want to work on it any longer.
I hope somebody can save the whole project.Angel

Isn't it open source? Wouldn't that mean the project goes on as long as ANYONE feels like it? They ALL left?

My ISP is having trouble with their DNS servers or something and I can't use google...

I found their page in my history, says nothing about shutting down, but the issue tab is gone...

If a second GC/Wii emulator shows up that is equally as good as Dolphin then it probably will happen Sad

They are in an argument because douchebags are bricking their wiis by using very recent firmware versions and very recent IOS (17 rev19 etc.) and blaming the coders for their own stupidity.

IMO, the dev is correct in getting pissed off after people don't have the slightest idea about coding start accusing you of incompetence. USB loader is very easy to use if you follow the instructions.

Fortunately dolphin can't brick a PC with faulty configurations, the forum would be littered with new users foaming at the mouth demanding the devs on trial for "killing my PC".

What next, people complaining that they can't run Dolphin at full speed on their 1.8GHz AMD Turion laptops? The developers tried very hard to make a good program for the Wii to play legit backups of their games, only to have needy trolls and noobs end up demotivating the developers.
