Usb gamepad nunchuk problem

hi i have a problem with my gamepad. Im trying to play tales of symphia dawn of a new world and it works well until i get to the start menu i says i downt have an nunchuk. but i have selekted a emulated wii remote and selected nunchuk in the extension bar. i have tried to fix it myself but never found a way to fix it so i hope there is a solution to my problem.
