Exclamation
I've searched everywhere and I can't find out how to use a Nintendo Switch Pro Controller using the USB-C cable that comes with the switch on Dolphin. I dont want to use a third party software like steam because steam doesn't support analog movement with dolphin as far as I can tell. Does dolphin even support USB-C? Huh

Dolphin supports USB-C just as well as it supports USB-A, as it's not really something an application running on a computer has to care about. However, you do need to use third-party software or hardware in order to get Switch Pro Controllers to work, just like with a normal PC game.

Not sure why Steam wouldn't support analog movement...

Ok. So I enabled pro controller support on steam and then launched dolphin through steam as a non-steam program.

These are the only options it gives me and none of them have analog support. Am I doing something wrong?

Try BetterJoy instead. It has even DSU Server functionality in case you want to use the motion sensors in Dolphin...

Thanks! I never knew about BetterJoy. Just one last question. How can I use the gryo as the pointer like in Super Mario 3D All Stars? Thanks.

You'll have to access the controller through the DSU Client feature, then you should assign the motion axes on the "Motion Input" tab in Dolphin. After that you can use the motion sensors to control the emulated IR pointer...
