I've narrowed my issue down to Dolphin's compatibility with the USB/BT Joystick Center App, which takes your physical gamepad (in my case wired xbox 360 ctrlr) and converts its signals into essentially keyboard input (changes input method on your phone from keyboard to joystick IME). This app is successful in making incompatible devices to your native phone compatible. I can bind my controller to any other emulator with the app. In Dolphin, I can navigate the menu with my controller with the left analog stick which makes sense because USB/BT Joystick converts that stick to DPAD L,R,Up,Down. But, I can't select anything using the controller, and most importantly, I am unable to bind my controller buttons to the Dolphin input mapping. I hope you devs can take this info and use it to your advantage. I check back regularly so if you have anymore specific questions, I'll be glad to reply. Thanks for bringing Gamecube/Wii to DROID!
