Upload Memory?

You know how Dolphin has the "Dump MRAM" option in debug mode?

Would there be a way to upload a dump... such as a .bin or .dmp file at a certain address?

As in it's big enough of a size to be a pain to type it in yourself or make a patch code on gecko, but not the entire RAM dump itself?

We don't have a feature like that as memory is constantly changing. Maybe try hex editing a saved state?
