I agree with your second point but he asked so we answered. And as for the 5750 being way better, well that's your opinion, benchmarks show them trading blows depending on the game. 5750 has an amazing video perfomance.
In fact, I gain FPS, but still not getting full speed.
But...i'm happy with my new GPU

but i seriously think you'd be better of with a 5870

With 100-110 C operation temperature, you can easily get good, boiled water for your essential health...
