I'm sorry if this is already covered in a sticky or something I missed, but is there a guide to updating your current version of Dolphin to the current one? It's a much more complex emulator than I'm generally used to, and has a whole lot of subdirectories. Basically, I just would like to not need to reconfigure gamepads and have my savefiles carry over.

Game saves are stored in User/GC and User/Wii. Settings (for everything) are stored in User/Config. That's pretty much all you need to carry over.
