Oh. Then I will have to do the WAD step again even after having sd.raw?

I followed the guide from start to finish, very thoroughly. But even though Gecko says "SD Codes Found", there are no mods to be seen once the game boots up. Also, Dolphin is acting like my SD.raw is empty, even though it has all of my exact Brawl Minus file systems, directories and files that I had it set up when it worked on my Wii console.
