Hello. I am questioning if your controls update when you manually download the emulator. Updater.exe doesn't work so I need to know if controls update with manual update or will I have to manually change them again.

They will transfer without you doing anything.
Also, I don't think the user is supposed to launch updater executable manually. Configure the update system in the Qt UI. Dolphinqt2.exe 04-18-2018, 06:57 AM
That's correct. As far as I remember, launching Updater.exe manually does nothing...
