unstable fps

hi

im trying to run project m a super smash brothers brawl mod and mario sunshine

how ever it runs like crap

regular brawl runs even worse

specs

i5-6500
gtx 1060 6gb
8gb ram
asrock b150 motherboard fatality
windows 10 x64

i can run all computer games at max graphics so why cant i run this
any suggestions ??

There is a performace guide https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-unofficial-laptop-performance-guide
The important thing is to put cpu and gpu into high peformance. You can probably skip throttlestop.
If it doesn't help reset your settings.
