Strange. The only image skipping case with frameskip disabled is when I activate virtual XFB, so that´s why I asked you that question... Tongue

Here, they are. OpenGL and Direct3D have the same settings. Choosing JITL and/or HLE and/or native IR didn't solve the problem for me :/

Put the IR down again and disable V-Sync. Try with progressive scan and skip CPU access to EFB enabled.

Yeah, I usually can't hold stable FPS past 3x IR with my GTX 770M

Works like a charm, thanks Big Grin

From my side I also found out that I wasn't really at a maximum perfomance settings, there was something called "Power4Gear High Performance" but there were additional hidden modes including a "High Performance" mode which made things way better for Wind Waker, but I still had unstable FPS for Kirby on some parts. 3x IR was enough to solve it though and I can stay with VSync. I tried Progressive Scan and it's actually locking FPS to 30 for some weird reason (only tested on Kirby). Skip CPU access to EFB enabled makes VPS go up a lot but I'm worried it will hide some special effects without me noticing so I keep it off until I still have problems.

But again, thanks a lot Smile
