well I did a search for "Unspecified error" and no hits. Has anyone ran in to this? I have been using wiipair for a good year now and for the most part its trouble free. Today everything just started falling apart so I just redid the pairing process. It started working but again just not working to the point dolphin would see the wii motes. After rebooting and trying again I always get this "Unspecified error" when it finds a wii mote. Nothing was changed sine the last time it worked still running 3.5.

The BT is good has worked for 3 years. The wii motes are all OEM and have worked since I got them. Wiipair has been a huge help untill now. Running 64 on windows 7.

Which BT stack are you using? wiipair works only with the Microsoft BT stack...

I did mention it was working, though yes Microsoft is my BT stack.

You get this error only when pairing Wiimotes? For example, pairing a cell phone or something similar works? If yes, wiipair may work again if you manually remove the Wiimote from Device Manager. Press Win + R, write "devmgmt.msc" and hit enter. Then, locate Nintendo RVL-CNT-01 (inside Bluetooth category) or HID bluetooth device and press delete. Then, try wiipair again. I needed to do this after I tested some builds from real-wiimote-scanning branch, so, this should help

well yeah my BT device still work. Its just with wiipair. I check DM and I dont see any device for my wii motes in there. So I just ripped out the BT device and let it re scan. Now I'm back to the other issue. I pair up my remotes and they get found and the 4 lights start to flash endlessly. Hitting A does nothing and if I load dolphin up and go to wii motes the drivers drop out.
