(Note to anyone in the future: gecko vs Gecko didn't matter. But I wasn't thinking of it as a "cheat code" and had completely forgotten to tick that box. That was the solution and it's working marvelously now.)


Although, it did break the mini-map...

I could move the minimap stop point further offscreen.

I made sure this time that every register I used was either saved or about to be overwritten. I knew r4 was about to be overwritten when I needed to adjust perspective or orthographic projection.
