I'd like to offer Debian/Ubuntu packages as well but I personally don't know how to create Debian packages. I'd be happy to accept submit requests at https://build.opensuse.org/project/show/home:KAMiKAZOW:Emulators that add Debian and Ubuntu support. Alternatively you could kindly ask the Dolphin package maintainers listed on https://packages.debian.org/sid/dolphin-emu if they'd also package Ishiiruka. Porting Dolphin's packaging file to Ishiiruka was relatively easy for RPM. It should be similar under Debian.
In related news: Fedora 26 is now supported by me. In turn I removed Fedora 24. That applies to both the stable as well as the unstable builds.
