updated the latest folder with a new version, merge lastes master changes, merge dx12 support, credits to hdcmeta. Still a lot of work to fix dx12 but is a nice start.

@rlaugh0095: tyhe first commit is just a merge, then I add some fixes, and code cleaning, I pointed the issues i found in master's pull request so it can be fixed there to.

I'm getting crashes and weird rendering on Rogue Squadron II.
I usually set EFB to Texture for better performance and also enable the HLE hack. Build 499 works as expected. 12-29-2015, 01:38 PM
